This cigar is so old, I’m gonna have to give you a history lesson on it. The RODRIGO CORONA PROJECT was originally released in November of 2014.
And it was LIMITED! They only made 295 boxes of ‘em!
It was made at Tabacalera William Ventura in the Dominican Republic. But what makes RODRIGO CORONA PROJECT so unique amongst other DR cigars is the blend recipe...
It features a Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper, Ecuadorian Sumatra binder, and fillers of Dominican Criollo ’98, Dominican Corojo, Dominican HVA Ligero!
Sadly, the Rodrigo Cigars brand is no longer in operation. The owner George Rodriguez is a very talented dude, and decided to pursue other business ventures.
So that means that these are basically the only boxes of RODRIGO CORONA PROJECT on earth!
Now to the cigar...
RODRIGO CORONA PROJECT is a full-bodied, full-strength 5.75x43 corona. Expect flavors of dark chocolate, cocoa, cedar wood, raisins, molasses, brown sugar, cream, clove, black pepper, sweet cinnamon, and espresso beans.
NOTE: THESE ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED! ONCE THEY’RE GONE...THEY’RE GONE FOREVER!
