A White Label Project graduate, OMAKASE is inspired by the Japanese tradition of letting the chef choose your order. Directly translated to “I will leave it to you”, Omakase joins a fine tradition that gives the chef creative freedom.
Limited information beforehand creates a memorable dining experience for the guest; it will not be like any other meal. The best approach is to clear your palette, let go of expectations and focus on the experience the chef has created for you.
