Oliva Connecticut Reserve

A couple of weeks ago, we ran into our Oliva sales rep. After exchanging pleasantries, I asked him what he had in his humidor—and told him to give me something that would impress the hell outta me. 

He looked me dead in the eye and said…”Yeah, smoke this.”

And he handed me an OLIVA CONNECTICUT RESERVE. 

I literally had to hold in my laughter. I thought he was joking. BUT…after I cut it and lit it up…the joke was on me! BIG-TIME!

I don’t know what sort of magic they’re cooking up down in the Oliva Factory, but they seem to have something going on that is making their cigars even better than I remember.

Now, I love Oliva. Don’t get me wrong. But these recent Oliva cigars I’ve smoked have gone from the “Good” to “Great!” Category in my book!

I told the guy that I wanted some for the FedHeads…and that I want to be able to offer it as an “INTRODUCTORY PRICE”. (Since we’re “re-familiarizing” ourselves with the Oliva brand.)

Damn, I’m a good negotiator. 😎

Anyway, the OLIVA CONNECTICUT RESERVE is a tasty and elegant cigar that impressed me A LOT! 

It’s wrapped in a silky Connecticut leaf. Full-bodied with medium-strength.

Flavors are damn delish! Heavy cream, earth, white chocolate, raw cane sugar, leather, cedar and loads of BUTTER! 

NOTE: I was able to wrangle a small amount of these at these prices! After these couple boxes are gone…the price is going way up!

P.S. I just found out that this is a 92-Rated cigar! No wonder it was so great.
