Recently, a friend of ours with a freakin’ HUGE cigar warehouse operation invited us to comb through their vast inventory and see what treasures we could find.
Now, I will tell you, we live for this kind of stuff! We’re like the American Pickers of cigar and tobacco warehouses!
We came across some very vintage ILLUSIONE 88 MADURO boxes…made by our good friend, Dion Giolito.
This blend is one of the quintessential “boutique blends” of all time. A standard setting Nicaraguan, made at Aganorsa with 100% Aganorsa tobaccos.
Wrapped in a phenomenal “capa-fina” grade San Andres Maduro leaf…it’s loaded with Criollo and Corojo tobaccos. (So delicious, you seriously wanna eat ‘em!)
ILLUSIONE 88 MADURO VINTAGE is full-bodied, med/full strength. Flavors are flawless! Notes of milk chocolate, earth, heavy cream, bourbon whiskey, vanilla, toast, graham cracker, raw cane sugar, cedar, coffee beans, cinnamon, molasses, and sweet tea.
