BLACK LICORICE is a full-bodied, med/full-strength 6x44 corona-extra. It features an 7-year-aged San Andres maduro wrapper so dark and oily that the pictures can’t even do it justice.

First light hits with unmistakable black licorice vibes. Anise, dark molasses, heavy cream, caramel, black pepper, espresso bean, and aged leather. There’s even a little brown sugar sweetness playing peekaboo, but it’s the kind that feels more like a dare than a treat.

As it progresses, it keeps morphing. The caramel gets heavier, the aged tobacco flexes harder. Waves of vanilla bean, all-spice, white pepper, and raw honey.

By the last third, it’s full on gothic! Black cocoa, powdered sugar, fennel, and dark espresso take the lead. Hints of cedar and friggin’ black jelly beans.
