15 YEAR ANNIVERSARY is a full-bodied, med/full-strength 6.5x54 box-press toro. Wrapper is a pristine 10-year-aged San Andres Maduro leaf. Fillers will remain a closely guarded secret. All tobaccos are aged between 4-15 years.
The flavors are flat-out luscious.
Right out of the gate, you get huge notes of milk chocolate, white frosting, raw cane sugar, black pepper, leather, heavy cream, cedar, and fresh coffee. Then the retrohale comes out swinging with a blast of cinnamon heat...like a Red Hot candy got pissed off.
Into the middle third, mocha, caramel, and vanilla start piling on, followed by waves of toffee and cream that just hang around forever.
The final third goes completely off the rails with dark chocolate, nougat, espresso, and allspice. It’s so damn good you’ll keep puffing until you’re basically branding your fingertips and torching your lips trying to squeeze one more draw out of the nub of the nub.
