(We thought I’d be cool to make a barberpole cigar for JAILBAIT, because it reminded us of old-school prison stripes.)
JAILBAIT 2025 L.E. is a full bodied, med/full-strength 6x52 classic toro. This barberpole style cigar is wrapped both in a picturesque San Andres maduro leaf AND a 7-year aged Connecticut leaf. Fillers are from Nica/Peru/Mexico and are all 3-9 years aged!
The balance and depth of flavor of Jailbait 2025 L.E. is outta control. The richness of this tobacco will have you smoking these like it's your job!
First puff wallops you with a blast of baker’s chocolate, bourbon barrel, and red pepper. Maple sweetness immediately follows with hints of white stone (wine tasting reference). Retrohale adds a warming cinnamon burn.
Throughout the second third flavors of dark earth, clove, and espresso beans emerge. Dry champagne is added to the mix. Heavy cream lingers longer and longer on the finish with hints of bread and cashews.
Last third, everything gets extreme! Retrohale has a big cayenne pepper burn. Notes of nougat, vanilla bean, and walnut. Espresso and cream flavors continue to grow. Burns perfectly all the way to the nub of the nub!
