Well, our friend is back with another STRANGER THINGS…this time it’s a phenomenal MADURO WRAPPER!
STRANGER THINGS DARK EDITION is an experimental cigar blend made with EVEN MORE experimental tobaccos! (Hence the name.) One of the BIGGEST and MOST POPULAR cigar makers in the world—family has been making cigars for generations, always on Cigar Aficionado Top 10 every year—has been creating new strains of tobacco.
I won’t go into the entire scientific process…but the end goal is to create new naturally occurring flavors in the tobacco.
To do this, well, is a whole lot of experimentation—both with the tobacco itself and in the cigar blends they are put into.
Flavor, combustion, aroma, aesthetics, etc…there’s a lot of necessary elements for insanely amazing cigar tobacco.
All that to be said, we talked our friend into letting us give the FedHeads a behind-the-scenes taste of this very special tobacco. (Because we got asked to smoke it…AND WE FREAKIN’ LOVED IT! He’s curious to hear the feedback from all of you too! So, this is like a “focus group”.)

STRANGER THINGS DARK EDITION is a full-bodied, med/full-strength 5.4x54. I’m literally not allowed to say anything about any of the tobacco in this cigar—other than it’s experimental. (And delicious!)
Flavors are the perfect combination of strength and flavor complexity! Expect big notes of caramel, milk chocolate, coffee beans, vanilla, graham cracker, black pepper, heavy cream, raw cane sugar, bourbon barrel, candied almonds, cocoa powder, and cinnamon stick.
(Plus some other mind-blowing flavors that I just can’t even describe!)

"Got the five pack but one of the five had a busted up foot and i had to cut an inch off to light it properly. Other than that ( which most likely happened in shipping ) it is a great smoke. Would buy again but would hope for better packaging in the future."
"Very good cigars. Mild-medium. Good consistency. I usually prefer boulder spicier cigars, but this one had a nice mild to medium presentation for me. I am usually very hesitant when it comes to mystery blends, and this one goes one step further by saying that it is a mystery and it is experimental. So far, no side effects from the experiments(ha ha). I would say this cigar is a really good one to have in the morning with a cup of coffee or late in the evening when you don’t want anything too bold but just smooth pleasant experience"
"Recieved one of these sticks with my COTM sub this month. I wasn't expecting much from it but man was I wrong. Strong nuances of chocolate and cream danced all over my palate with this one. Razor sharp burn and great draw as well. Simply wonderful IMHO."
