Back From The Dead! is a truly special micro-batch project on so many levels...from the rare vintage tobaccos...to the perfect construction...to the name!
What's the backstory with the name, you ask? Well, this project began as a reminder for everyone to stay vigilant in the fight for our beloved cigar industry. "Back From The Dead!" means never giving up and never surrendering...even if it looks like all hope if lost. Hence, the skeleton finally getting "loose from the noose!"
(And yeah…it’s our most badass and highly anticipated Halloween release ever!)
BACK FROM THE DEAD! 2025 L.E. is a 5.75x52 box-press toro. Wrapper is an oily 12-year-aged Corojo 99 leaf! (Seriously, look at that picture!!)
It's full-bodied, full-flavored, with med/full strength. All tobaccos aged between 4-12 years!
Get Ready...because the flavors are absolutely gonna blow your freakin’ mind! First third is a blast of milk chocolate, heavy whipping cream, tanned leather, white oak, and a buttery finish. The retrohale is strong adding a bold red pepper burn!
Second third goes MANIC! Added flavors of ice cream, nutmeg, espresso beans, Bordeaux red wine, cedar, walnut, and cocoa. Waves of brown sugar and all-spice!
Last third gets INTENSE! Big notes of rich chocolate and black pepper. Hints of vanilla bean, toasted almond, dark beer, whiskey barrel, buttercream, and clove.
